Lawn treatment FAQ's
You can typically expect to see improvements in your lawn within 3 to 7 days, depending on factors such as the time of year and weather conditions. Warmer temperatures and adequate moisture often accelerate the results, bringing your lawn back to life in no time.
Not at all! Most of our customers are out when we visit, and we make it simple and convenient for you. We’ll send you a reminder the prior to our visit so you can ensure any gates are left open, or you can arrange to leave a key in a secure location known only to us.
If you’d prefer to be home during the treatment, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to work around your schedule. Your convenience is our priority!
After Treatment If it does not rain within 48 hours, please water your lawn to activate the fertilizer. In hot weather, watering on the same day of application is recommended.
Aim for 1 inch of water per week (including rainfall). Water deeply and infrequently to promote healthy root growth. Best Watering Times: Early morning (7–8am) or late evening (after 6pm) for optimal absorption and reduced evaporation.
For the best results, I recommend avoiding mowing your lawn for three days before and three days after any treatment. This allows the products to fully penetrate and work their magic.
While both are important, the post-treatment waiting period is especially crucial to ensure the treatment has enough time to take effect.
This is most commonly caused by insufficient watering, especially after a treatment. When fertilizer isn’t watered in properly, it can sit on the grass for too long and lead to scorching—resulting in brown or patchy areas. To avoid this, it’s essential to follow the recommended watering guidelines, particularly during hot or dry weather when evaporation is high. Proper watering ensures treatments are absorbed effectively and your lawn stays healthy and green.
